cape_map.gif (6332 bytes) Cape Cod, Massachusetts is one of my favorite places on earth. � When my family and I visit, we stay with my uncle in West Dennis.� Dennis is a mid-cape town that is roughly located at the "bicept" of the arm. � Dennis spans the width of the mid-cape region, with West Dennis located at the bottom of the map.��

Every year, the cape holds a scenic picture contest.� The picture to the right and below didn't win--however, they are two pictures that most accurately captured moments I had on the cape.� The beauty, the serenity, the BEACHES!!!� Anyway, the one on the right is by a photographer named C. Hammond.� The one below is by a photographer named J. Fenton.

I don't know exactly where on the cape these two photographs were taken, but the image (or one very similar) can be found almost anywhere on the cape.

AN00020A.gif (1492 bytes) Here is a fun trivia tidbit--Did you know that Jaws II, the movie, was filmed on Cape Cod?� A good thing to note:� Great White Sharks generally don't frequent the ocean that far north.
